DEOM, Belgian importer of Palfinger, was looking for a new ERP to manage their engineering processes  while they wanted to have a view of their status orders within Palfinger’s SAP system (Idoc technology). Functionalities implemented are production, MRP, warehouse, purchasing, sales, workflows, accounting, portal for their resellers to order spare parts and to follow the status. SAP Business One is online connected to Palfinger’s SAP ECC and it works as a mirror. For example, when DEOM creates a purchase order within SAP a sales order is automatically create within Palfingers’ SAP system and vice-versa. The HANA platform allowed cockpit view to make easy the managing of the company.

OUTIZ is a fast growing online webshop created by POINT P (Saint Gobain Group) in France in 2014. This website is the corner stone of POINT P’s  omnichannel strategy (B2B retailer for construction material and tools). SQLI was selected by POINT P in order to implement this strategy using the HYBRIS (SAP) e-commerce application. HYBRIS technology was selected because the website needed to be compatible with B2B requirement (construction professionals on working areas) and B2C requirements (selling tools and materials to be home delivered to the final B2C customer), and because the Product Information Management system needed to be compatible with all the various products and tools families, displaying all the required technical information, together with SEO efficiency.  SQLI also implemented all the interfaces with the different systems of this pure player (paperless invoices, SAP, CRM, Online Payment Service Provider, logistics…).  In 2016, this project is a real success as OUTIZ opened 7 new physical shops around Paris, and became a click-and-mortar, providing cross channel synergies.
